Bergin and Russell of Pearce Real Estate win CoStar’s Q4 Power Broker Quarterly Deals Award
North Haven, CT CoStar Group, Inc. named the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners for the fourth quarter of 2022. John Bergin and Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, GRI of Pearce Real Estate came out on top in the list of winners in Westchester/Southern Connecticut. The CoStar Power Brokers Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.
Bergin and Russell garnered the recent CoStar honor working collaboratively to lease three bays at 65-145 Furniture Row in Milford. The three bays combined total 40,650 s/f of industrial warehouse space, almost a quarter of the entire 200,000 s/f facility. With this transaction, the warehouse is completely leased.
This is not the first time the Pearce agents have won this distinction. Bergin and Russell have both received the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals award multiple times in past years and quarters.
