Press|Cuozzo Realtors leases 3,000 s/f at 2285 Whitney Ave. to Beyond Homecare Staffing Service

Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press|Cuozzo Realtors, as exclusive listing broker for 2285 Whitney Ave., said that Beyond Homecare Staffing Service LLC has entered into a long-term lease for 3,000 s/f, as their new corporate office. This marks the fourth lease Press has completed for the new ownership, Whitney Merritt, LLC. Press was the sole broker. The building is now 80% leased.

2285 Whitney Ave. is a recently upgraded and repositioned 21,000 s/f multi-tenanted office/retail building offering access to both the Parkway & I-91, and walking distance to the town’s CBD, restaurants, new hotel and financial institutions.
