Berkowitz, Morris and Massirio of O,R&L Commercial handle two deals

6A Northwood Drive - Bloomfield, CT

Bloomfield, CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC has completed deals including the following:

• Mark Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial brokered the lease of 4,582 s/f of industrial space at 6A Northwood Dr. 6A Northwood is a 13,981 s/f industrial building situated on 1.07 acres in the I-2 zone. The building is owned by AJB Realty LLC and operated by SRS Petroleum based out of Bridgewater, Mass. SRS Petroleum had been the sole tenant but the leased space has additional square footage that they no longer need. Berkowitz, represented the landlord, AJB Realty LLC, in the lease. The new tenant, Dotcom Wine and Spirits Inc. dba Maximum Beverage, was unrepresented. Maximum Beverage has three retail stores in Connecticut located in West Hartford, Farmington and Tolland as well as owning a coffee company. They plan on using this new space for office, warehousing, storage and distribution.

• Berkowitz, Jay Morris and Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial brokered the sale of two properties located at 256 & 276 Terryville Rd. in Bristol, Conn. for $840,000. The properties are being utilized for the purpose of bus parking for student transportation for the city. In addition, the bus company uses two separate buildings that include a 4,000 s/f office and a 5,000 s/f repair operation. Berkowitz represented the seller, Dicson Corp. Morris and Massirio represented the buyer, Omega Rocky Hill, LLC. New York-based Omega Rocky Hill, LLC, is an investment group that owns numerous other industrial investments throughout Connecticut including other school bus facilities.
