Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial arranges 18,720 s/f industrial lease

460 Woodland Avenue - Bloomfield, CT

Bloomfield, CT Mark Berkowitz of O,R&L Commercial, LLC has facilitated a lease of an 18,720 s/f industrial space. The space is located at 460 Woodland Ave., a one-story, 57,000 s/f building on 3.23 acres, built in 2006 and divided into smaller spaces for lease. The space was formerly occupied by Red Bull Distribution Co., who relocated to a larger facility in Wallingford. The new tenant Iconotech relocated from a smaller facility in Clinton. Berkowitz of O,R&L represented the tenant, Iconotech, and the landlord, FJS Properties LLC represented themselves. 

O,R&L Commercial represents landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers in the office, retail, medical, multi-family, investment and industrial markets.
