Berman of Broder Commercial Real Estate brokers 3,041 s/f office lease
Evan Berman of Broder Commercial Real Estate recently brokered a 3,041 s/f lease on behalf of his client, Family Resource Development Center, LLC at 41 North Main St. owned by Lexham West Hartford, LLC.
The tenant will be moving its office from 15 North Main St. They are very excited about their new move which will offer plenty of parking for their clients and a much larger and modern office for their staff.
Mike Mahoney of RLMCO represented the landlord.
