Goman & York Property Advisors negotiates 13,043 s/f lease at Somerset Square

iStar Financial has renewed its lease for 13,043 s/f on the 2nd floor of 180 Glastonbury Blvd., part of the Somerset Square mixed-use corporate park. Constructed in 2002, 180 Glastonbury Blvd. represents one of the newest and most prestigious Class A office buildings in greater Hartford with numerous nearby amenities and services including restaurants, shops, and hotels. The space is used by iStar's loan servicing and asset management group known as iStar Asset Services, Inc. Tom York, a principal of Goman+York Property Advisors (formerly of CB Richard Ellis), represented iStar Financial in this transaction. He also handled the original lease in 2003. Scott MacBeth of R.M. Bradley represented the owner Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co.
