Bingham McCutchen expands to 315,000 s/f; C&W brokers transaction

Bingham McCutchen LLP has moved offices to One Federal St., from 150 Federal St., where it had been for 20 years. Bingham's new office has 13 floors and 315,000 s/f, an expansion of 60,000 s/f. The One Federal space is also eco-friendly and has a gym and a cafe. Toni Belding, Bingham's chief real estate and facilities officer, oversaw the One Federal project, in the making since the firm signed the 15-year lease in November 2005. One Federal lease includes the 11th, 13th through 18th, and 30th through 35th floors, moving the firm into space previously occupied by Fidelity Investments. Bingham will be the largest tenant at One Federal, owned and managed by Tishman Speyer. Cushman & Wakefield brokered the deal for Bingham.
