Leominster, MA Tom Blaisdell, vice president of retail at Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the $2.25 million sale of 20 Commercial Rd., a 20,000 s/f retail building on 2.016 acres.

Blaisdell represented the seller, AAA Northeast. Richard Bradbury of Babson Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer, 20 Commercial LLC.
