Jon Blatchford, sales associate for LANG MCLAUGHRY COMMERCIAL, has completed a lease between Triton Realty Corp., the owner/operator of The Glen Road Plaza, and MGM Movies Games Music Outlet.
Lang McLaughry represented the landlord.
Owner and operated by Susan Rice, MGM Outlet is a new video rental and retail store that will rent, buy, and sell movies, music and games.
The Glen Road Plaza is home to Illuminations, Birth of the Blues, and Fetish Hair Salon.
