BlumShapiro will relocate its primary Mass. office from Rockland to Quincy, joining the city's growing business community.
BlumShapiro's new office at 2 Batterymarch Park is now open.
"We're incredibly excited to begin this new chapter in our company's history," said Kevin White, BlumShapiro partner in charge of the Mass. office. "The firm has had a presence on the South Shore for more than 50 years and many of our clients are based in this area, so the move to Quincy will allow us to continue to provide them with personalized service and direct access to our staff. Our success has always been rooted in building strong relationships with our clients, and we're thrilled that this relocation will enable us to expand our service capabilities across audit, tax and consulting, bringing even greater expertise to our client's businesses."
"BlumShapiro, which has 340 employees within five locations, has repeatedly been recognized as one of the top accounting firms in New England and is ranked among the top 60 public accounting firms in the U.S. The relocation will provide the firm with opportunities to broaden its customer base and deepen its impact in the region," White said.
The new offices of BlumShapiro will include additional office space to accommodate the growing firm. "This move is symbolic of the growth of this firm," said White. "We look forward to continuing this company's success in one of the Commonwealth's most treasured business communities, Quincy."
