Banville returns to Fort Point Project Management as project manager

According to Fort Point Project Management, a provider of real estate project management and relocation services, Mike Banville has returned as project manager. After four years at Fort Point PM, Banville relocated to Maine to manage the redevelopment of a historic mill building. Banville coordinated all aspects of the project, creating artist studios, live/work lofts and retail space while ultimately securing historic tax credits for the owner. Returning to Boston this year, Banville is leading renovation and relocation projects for companies in the corporate and bio-tech sectors. Currently, Banville is managing a significant laboratory consolidation for the Broad Institute in Kendall Sq. "The adaptive reuse project in Maine was a great experience for Mike and we're thrilled to have him back in Boston with the Fort Point Project Management team," said Christine Mosholder, Fort Point PM partner and founder. Prior to joining Fort Point PM, Banville worked for Dependable Construction as a superintendent. Outside of Fort Point PM, Banville enjoys spending time with his 3 year old daughter hiking, camping, going to the beach and rooting for all Boston sports teams.
