Boehning joins Linear Retail as senior vice president of asset management

Linear Retail Properties, LLC, has hired Jeffrey Boehning as senior vice president of asset management. Boehning will be responsible for overseeing all of Linear Retail's asset management and construction activities. Bill Beckeman, president and CEO of Linear Retail said, "Jeff brings many talents to our team that will allow us to continue our steady portfolio growth in the coming months and years." Prior to joining Linear Retail, Boehning served as senior vice president for LaSalle Investment Management in Chicago with responsibilities including asset management, leasing, development and dispositions with particular focus on retail and industrial assets. Boehning holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
