Linear Retail Properties, LLC, has hired Jeffrey Boehning as senior vice president of asset management. Boehning will be responsible for overseeing all of Linear Retail's asset management and construction activities.

Prior to joining Linear Retail, Boehning served as senior vice president for LaSalle Investment Management in Chicago with responsibilities including asset management, leasing, development and dispositions with particular focus on retail and industrial assets.
Boehning holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate Finance from DePaul University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Elon University.
