On Saturday, March 14, BOMA Boston held their 26th Annual BOMA Benefit at the Seaport Hotel. Over 200 members and guests turned out to attend the 80s themed event to help raise money for 5 deserving charities. The 2015 BOMA Benefit Beneficiaries are:
* Cardinal Cushing Centers;
* Cradles to Crayons;
* Father Bill's;
* MainSpring; and
* Heading Home.
The BINA Farm Center also received special recognition at the event. Attendees enjoyed an evening of dancing, play gambling, networking and an opportunity to meet the beneficiaries.
On Wednesday, April 1, BOMA Boston launched a public awareness campaign in partnership with BOMA International and the Department of Homeland Security. BOMA Boston will be working with the membership and industry to help generate awareness for the See Something Say Something Campaign. This initiative is designed to help educate the general public on reporting suspicious activity to help prevent incidents.
