Bondi Comm'l. and Saugatuck Comm'l. close on $.55m deal
Aldi, Inc. of South Windsor will construct a new grocery store on the Boston Post Rd. The new store is part of its major expansion into the Northeast.
The 2.6 acre parcel is adjacent to a major retail center hosting a Wal Mart, Home Depot, Ruby Tuesday, and others.
Ken Bondi of Bondi Commercial represented the seller, Windham Associates, and Nick Libowitz, formerly of Saugatuck Commercial, represented the buyer in the $550,000 deal.
