Bondi Commercial and Allyn Assoc. sell 5,755 s/f at 210 Route 32 for $310,000
Ken Bondi,representing the seller and Fred Allyn, representing the buyer, brokered the sale of the 2-story office building on well traveled Rte. 32. The new owner, 210 Route 32, LLC will operate their full-service accounting business out of this new location. The purchase was facilitated by the SBA.
Attorney Stan Lucas of the law firm Lucas and Wickless, P.C. represented the seller and Attorney Beth Steele of the law firm of DeFrancesca & Steele, P.C. represented the buyer.
