Crawford of HLC Realty represents buyer on $6.03 million sale
Harden Crawford IV, principal of HLC Realty, LLC, (www.HLCRealtyllc.com) a commercial real estate brokerage and investment firm, represented the buyer, a Westport investment LLC on the sale of 9 Washington Ave. for $6.03 million.
The sale price represented $167.50 per s/f. 9 Washington is a three-story brick medical building located in downtown. Mike Barr represented the owner, Drazen 1993 Limited partnership, in the transaction.
HLC Realty, LLC is a boutique real estate firm focused on acquiring income producing commercial real estate with an emphasis on healthcare and multifamily properties.
