Bongiorni and Pioneer CRE team facilitate multiple leases and renewals at Market Place Springfield

Springfield, MA Paul Bongiorni and his team at Pioneer CRE have completed several new leases and lease renewals at Market Place. A second-generation restaurant space was leased to a new tenant in July, and the restaurant will be opening after renovations are completed. 

A well-established marketing agency and a law firm leased several thousand s/f of office space, and RISE Engineering relocated their Western Mass. headquarters to Market Place earlier this year. RISE is a regional energy efficiency service provider and engineering firm. The Pioneer CRE brokerage and management teams also facilitated several lease renewals at the property recently, including the expansion of an existing tenant into additional office space. 

Market Place is a historic block of seven commercial properties downtown. Key tenants include the Springfield Regional Visitor Center, the Springfield Business Improvement District, FedEx, and Chase Bank.
