The 1.16-acre site provides easy access to Rte. 3, I-495, and city services.

The sale closed at $2.9 million between the seller, Catapult & Cannon LLC, and the buyer, International Institute of New England, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that seeks to support thousands of refugees and immigrants as they seek new lives in New England. The team at GBCP continues to build on its reputation for handling complex transactions and delivering results for its clients.
