O,R&L Commercial and Godin Property Brokers arrange building sale
Southington, CT O,R&L Commercial has facilitated the recent sale of 1223 Mount Vernon Rd. The seller, MJK, LLC, sold the building to Pro Service HVAC & Plumbing, who is expanding their business. Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial represented the seller. Brook Ladrigan with Godin Property Brokers represented the buyer. The buyer, Pro Service HVAC & Plumbing, has purchased this building with the for the purpose of relocating and expanding their business. Moving into a bigger space will allow them to expand and service more areas in Connecticut. O,R&L Commercial, LLC with offices in Branford and Rocky Hill represents landlords, tenants, sellers and buyers in the office, retail, medical, multi-family, investment and industrial markets.
