East Longmeadow, MA Paul Bongiorni of SR Commercial Realty brokered the lease of 17,000 s/f of warehouse space.

The multi-tenant industrial property at 35 Industrial Dr. is home to Toner Plastics, a company specializing in plastics design and manufacturing.

The building is 125,000 s/f and sits on over seven acres in one of the area’s industrial parks.

The new tenant is Berkshire Trade LLC, DBA Terminal, a tech-enabled Amazon FBA prep center.

The prep center receives inventory for sellers, prepares and packages it according to Amazon’s standards, and then sends it out to Amazon’s vast network of fulfillment centers.
