The 20,000 s/f manufacturing building was purchased as a long-term investment by Francis MacLean Realty Trust.

O’Brien of Greater Boston Commercial Properties is representing the buyer in leasing this property, and quickly completed a 10,000 s/f post-closing lease deal with an existing tenant, Comairco Equipment, Inc.

The property is situated at a location off Rte. 117 at the intersection with I-190. Greater Boston Commercial Properties is marketing the remaining space for lease.
