Bongiorni of SR Commercial Realty completes sale of four-building portfolio in Springfield
Springfield, MA Paul Bongiorni of SR Commercial Realty brokered the sale of four mixed-use buildings in the Forest Park neighborhood of the city.
The buildings, located at 308, 314, 318, and 320 Belmont Ave., are a mix of storefront commercial units and apartments totaling 10,312 s/f.
The buyer intends to open a bakery in one of the buildings, which was once home to the seller’s furniture business and later a grocery store.
