Borus of Glickman Kovago & Company represents Wilder Realty in 1,200 s/f
Glickman Kovago & Co. has brokered a lease agreement between Wilder Realty Trust and The Growing Parrot d/b/a Parrot Pizza located along 160 Boston Worcester TPKE.
Parrot Pizza has leased 1,200 s/f in the building. The property is located on Rte. 9.
Jeff Borus represented the landlord in the transaction.
