Edward Linde, 67, co-founder and chief executive officer of Boston Properties, died as a result of complications from pneumonia. Mortimer Zuckerman, co-founder and chairman of the board, has assumed the duties of chief executive officer.
Boston Props. is working on Russia Wharf, a 31-story, 750,000 s/f office tower at Atlantic Ave. and Congress St. to be completed in 2011.
