Boston Real Estate Advisors sells 9 Central Street for $1.8 million
Boston Real Estate Advisors sold 9 Central St. for $1.8 million. Phellco Corp. sold the property to 9 Central LLC. Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.
9 Central St. is a single-story building that is leased to Peet's Coffee and is located in Wellesley Center.
