
Cambridge, MA Boston Realty Advisors, one of the largest Boston-based independent real estate brokerage and consulting companies, represented the owners of Crimson Court, a 60-unit multifamily building, in a sale of the property for $30.2 million.
Crimson Court, at 375 Harvard St., is a mix of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments in two five-story buildings with 56 parking spaces. The meticulously maintained real estate asset has had a single owner since it was constructed in 1965.
The buyer was 375 Harvard Street LLC. Seller was Audubon Road Associates CCSPE, LLC. The price per unit was $503,333.

Supply chain delays are slowing construction, ratcheting up operating costs, and extending turnover timelines across Greater Boston, directly reducing revenue and increasing the workload for multifamily and
