The St. Regis Residences celebrate reaching top floor of construction

Boston, MA Developer Jon Cronin joined the construction team and staff to celebrate construction reaching the top floor at The St. Regis Residences, Boston. A banner signed by more than 250 workers and staff was lifted to the roof at the site to celebrate construction reaching the top floor at the 22nd level.

The St. Regis Residences is marking the final phase of vertical construction as the concrete is poured at the top level. Workers enjoyed a celebratory lunch in honor of the season as well as to thank them for all their effort in getting the building to this point. This is the first stand-alone residential project for the St. Regis brand. The building features 114 luxury waterfront condominiums ranging from one-bedroom residences to penthouse homes with access to the St. Regis renowned signature services, including personalized concierge and butler service. Owners-only amenities also include a private swimming pool, spa, health club, library, sports simulator and media room. On the ground and second level, there will be a signature restaurant catering to residents, as well as area visitors, neighbors and office workers.
