Boston Realty Advisors brokers two Cambridge leases; Promotes Lank as an associate

Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) negotiated two leases. BRA represented Hungry Fish Media in their new lease of 6,286 s/f at 700 Technology Sq., while Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Alexandria. In participation with Phil McCarthy from Transwestern, BRA also represented Fiserv in their lease renewal at 125 Cambridge Park Dr. The landlord, Archon, was represented by Eric Smith of Richards Barry Joyce and Partners. Also, Boston Realty Advisors has promoted David Lank to associate. Lank will focus exclusively in the Cambridge market.
