Fishman and Donovan of Fishman Realty Group lease five acres at Thompson's Point

Alan Fishman and Tony Donovan of Fishman Realty Group represented Thompson's Point Inc. of Portland in the 5-year ground lease to HP Hood LLC of a 5-acre site on Thompsons Point. Thompsons Point is a 30-acre commercial property managed by Fishman Realty. Craig Young of CBRE|The Boulos Company represented the tenant.
