Boston Realty Advisors handle $2.835 million sale of 90 Wells Avenue

Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has sold 90 Wells Ave., a 10,000 s/f office building for $2.835 million. 90 Wells Ave. is located in the Wells Avenue Office Park, one of the best performing office parks in the state. This 10,000 s/f building presented a rare opportunity for end users to own a quality building, at a manageable size, in a top performing submarket. The $283 per s/f represents the highest price per s/f sale of a stand alone office building in the area in over a decade. Jeremy Freid, SIOR, Adam Meixner, Michael d'Hemecourt and Jordan Sneider of BRA marketed the property on behalf of the seller 94 Wells Ave, LLC. The buyer, Hospice of the Good Shepherd, was represented by Taber Keally of Donahue and Associates. BRA specializes in both landlord/seller and tenant/buyer representation. In the landlord/seller representation capacity, BRA offers institutional and private ownership groups sophisticated, value adding, technology-driven services including marketing, reporting and strategic planning. With tenant representation, the team assists businesses with new space acquisition, renegotiation of existing leases, space disposition, strategic planning, and lease auditing.
