Boston Realty Advisors leases 3,500 s/f to The Pointe Group

Westwood, MA The Pointe Group has relocated its headquarters to 320 Norwood Park South. The company has signed a long term lease for 3,500 s/f, an expansion from its former location.

The Boston Realty Advisor’s suburban team led by Adam Meixner and Jeremy Freid were able to negotiate the long term lease for The Pointe Group yielding the firm a savings from its current lease obligation. The Pointe Group’s new suite was constructed from shell which allowed them to design the layout and select finishes that meets their image.

Freid and Meixner of Boston Realty Advisors represented tenant. Colliers International advised the building owner.

The Pointe Group provides the best in senior living and rehabilitation choices in Massachusetts, as well as the latest advancements in Alzheimer’s and memory impairment care at the Memory Care Center at Heights Crossing.
