Boston Realty Advisors retained to sell The Edgartown Collection, a 17-room boutique hotel

Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has been retained to solicit offers for The Edgartown Collection, a 17-room boutique hotel located on the island of Martha's Vineyard. Operating under the brand, Hob Knob, the offering also includes two adjacent and fully-furnished guest houses to compliment the main hotel. This iconic collection benefits from being one of few properties that fall within the luxury-boutique class. The Hob Knob was awarded "Best Luxury Boutique Hotel" and "Best Of Boston" by Boston Magazine, "One of the Ten Best & Most Charming Inns in the Country" by Departure Magazine & CNN, "Most Romantic Luxury Boutique Hotel" by Martha's Vineyard Magazine & Best of the Vineyard, "Most Eco-Friendly Luxury Stay" by Yankee Magazine & Best of New England, and received the 2014 Certificate of Excellence by Trip Advisor.
