Cotton of Sotheby's International Realty completes $13.2 million sale - highest transaction on Cape Cod & the Islands for 2014

Jack Cotton, Jr. of Sotheby's International Realty recently sold 52 Ship's Eagle Ln. for $13.2 million, making it the highest transaction on Cape Cod and the Islands for 2014, according to the Cape Code & Islands Multiple Listing Service, Inc. The property includes 10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms. From its stone pillared front gate welcoming one to seven acres of waterfront privacy, to its private deep water dock and more than two additional acres of sandy beachfront on Nantucket Sound, this 1880s-era manor provides all the comforts and amenities one would expect from a modern day world-class estate, while preserving the charm of yesteryear. The three-story main residence has been maintained in its classic Cape Cod shingle style and is accompanied by a spacious guest house, caretaker's cottage and pool pavilion. Altogether, over nine acres and 17,000 s/f of living and enclosed recreation space in four structures comprise the compound.
