Jack Cotton, Jr. of Sotheby's International Realty recently sold 52 Ship's Eagle Ln. for $13.2 million, making it the highest transaction on Cape Cod and the Islands for 2014, according to the Cape Code & Islands Multiple Listing Service, Inc.
The property includes 10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms.
