Boston Realty Advisors signs JB Property Solutions to 3,427 s/f

JB Property Solutions has signed a 10-year lease at 311 Summer St. Boston Realty Advisors' founder and principal, Jason Weissman, represented the owner, ADD Inc., while principal, Willliam Catlin, Jr., Jeremy Freid and Adam Meixner represented the tenant. 311 Summer St. combines sustainable design and historic preservation in a complete renovation by owner-occupant ADD Inc. Located in the heart of Boston's Historic Fort Point District, the former headquarters of the Dwinnel-Wright Coffee Company anticipates receiving an LEED Platinum CI rating and was recognized with the 2009 Preservation Award from the Boston Preservation Alliance. Boston Realty Advisors office division specializes in assisting in tenant representation, landlord representation, and corporate advistory services. The firm, with offices in Boston's Back Bay and Manhattan's downtown, offers residential, office, retail and medical real estate brokerage all under one roof.
