NAI Hunneman brokered a 2,876 s/f lease for Forerun Systems a leading innovator in physician charting and documentation systems for the hospital emergency department. James Boudrot and Evan Gallagher of NAI Hunneman represented Forerun in the transaction.
Located 13 miles from Boston near the Winter St, interchange on Rte. 128/95, 200 West St. is a four-story, multi-tenant class A office building featuring a two-story lobby with a grand stair and 1,200 surface and structured parking spaces.
