Bowden of R. Calabrese Agency brokers $764,000 sale of 7-Eleven store

Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency has sold the 7-Eleven Convenience Store in the Oakville section of Watertown. The buyer, 7-Eleven, Inc. of Dallas, Tex., purchased the property from Japage Partnership of Houston, Tex. for $764,000. Located at 188 Davis St., the 2,800 s/f building on .38 acre was constructed in 1972 and has been an operating convenience store leased by 7-Eleven. Japage Partnership and 7-Eleven, Inc. were represented by Bowden of R. Calabrese Agency of Waterbury. 7-Eleven, Inc. was additionally represented by attorney Kevin Kancherla of Excess Space Retail Services, Inc. of Lake Success, N.Y. Closing of title and escrow on March 30 was provided by Republic Title of Texas, Inc.
