Bowdoin Construction serves as design builder for new two-story 45,650 s/f sales, service and parts facility for Milton CAT

Stoughton, MA Bowdoin Construction has served as design builder for a new two-story 45,650 s/f sales, service and parts facility for Milton CAT.

New spaces include a 9,700 s/f indoor parts warehouse, five service bays, a wash bay, sales and parts departments, offices, retail, and associated support spaces. There is outside covered storage, a customer loading canopy and loading dock.

The project involved significant site prep to merge two lots into a single seven-acre site. The work included the installation of retaining walls, heavy duty pavement, and numerous concrete pads to accommodate fuel storage, a transformer, a generator and dumpster area. New parking areas and landscaping complete the sitework.

Architecturally and functionally, all Milton CAT facilities are designed with the customer experience in mind, based on researching the regional market and industries served. Located off Rte. 24, they plan to open their doors to the public this fall.
