Bowser of GJS brokers 12,000 s/f lease in the Hitchcock Plaza
Frank Bowser, vice president of George J. Smith & Son Commercial and Investment Real Estate leased 12,000 s/f in the Hitchcock Plaza to Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet.
Bowser has been a leader in the commercial real estate field for over 30 years. His experience in commercial, industrial and site aquisition contributed to the success of leasing of the 12,000 s/f space, which has been vacant for several years.
Bowser represented both parties in the transaction in the ten year lease with options. Bowser will be representing the chain in the northeast area for future locations.
