Boyle of Chozick Realty closes Vernon portfolio sale for $5.064m
Vernon, CT Tom Boyle of the Hartford office of investment broker Chozick Realty, Inc. has facilitated the sale of a property portfolio.
The portfolio was comprised of Westar Apartments, with 65 apartment units; an 8,600 s/f warehouse, 2,400 s/f office building, 1,700 s/f retail/restaurant, and an eight-unit apartment building. The portfolio brought a total price of $5.064 million.
Westar Apartments was built in 1984. It offers 65 units with a mix of 44 one-bedroom garden style apartments and 21 two-bedroom townhouses. The apartments have a strong occupancy history and have been maintained with a long-term Pride of Ownership by the original developer.
The commercial buildings in this portfolio sale are located at 40 West St. and 96 West St., all within close proximity.
Chozick Realty represented the seller and procured the buyer, a regional multifamily investor.
