Godin of Godin Property Brokers reps all parties in $1.65 million sale
Torrington CT Ed Godin, SIOR, of Godin Property Brokers, represented all parties in the $1.65 million sale of a 46,300 s/f industrial facility on 11.7 acres at 230 Ella Grasso Dr.
The facility is well located in the Torrington Industrial Park with access to Rte. 8 highway.
The new buyer, Daley Moving and Storage, is expanding their operations from their current locations in town and will be utilizing the facility to accommodate their continued growth.
The seller of the building was 230 Ella Grasso Drive LLC a local business owner and whose company was the former occupant.
