Boylston Realty Advisors leases 2,200 s/f to Portrait Innovations
Boylston Realty Advisors recently entered into a lease agreement with Portrait Innovations located at The Shops at Saugus. Portrait Innovations is the industry pioneer in integrating professional portrait photography techniques with the most recent state of the art on-site high quality portrait production equipment. They will occupy 2,200 s/f at The Shops at Saugus retail shopping center located on Rte. 1.
Portrait Innovations joins Trader Joe's, Petsmart, La-Z-Boy, Starbucks, Q'doba and On The Border Cafe.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
