Boylston Realty Advisors leases 2,900 s/f to Half Off Cards in Merrimack
Boylston Realty Advisors has entered into a lease agreement with Half Off Cards, located at the Merrimack Village Center.
Half Off Cards, a discount greeting card shop, will occupy 2,900 s/f next to Shaw's Supermarket and joins other retailers Quizno's, Supercuts, Radio Shack, Verizon Wireless, McDonalds, Papa Ginos and others.
Eric Young is the owner of Half Off Cards.
Jeff Bruk acted as the point service provider on behalf of the owners, Regency Centers Properties.
