Stratton of The Geenty Group leases 1,800 s/f to Cozy Corner Bake Shoppe
The Cozy Corner Bake Shoppe has leased 1,800 s/f of retail space in Country Commons at 183 Rte. 81.
Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors in Branford, was the sole agent in the transaction.
The landlord is 183 Route 81 LLC. The Cozy Corner will be providing freshly baked Scandinavian, European, and American baked goods cooked completely from scratch and expects to be open before Thanksgiving.
