Waters of McLaughry brokers 4,400 s/f lease
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior associate/broker for McLaughry Commercial brokered a lease between Benning Street Square, Inc. and Dartware, LLC for 4,400 s/f of newly renovated office space at 66 Benning St.
Waters said, "It was a pleasure to work with Dartware during their extensive site search for new headquarters."
McLaughry Comm'l. represented the building owner and assisted Dartware in their search.
