Matthew Brassard, PE has joined Nitsch Engineering as an executive project manager in the civil engineering division.
Brassard was formerly with Brassard Design & Engineering. He has 30 years of experience in civil engineering for Mass. site development projects.
He specializes in providing site planning and design, site utility engineering, stormwater management, permitting coordination, and owner's representation during construction. His broad range of practical experience includes land surveying, construction review, roadway and utility system design, and hydrologic site modeling. In addition to his solid technical background, he also offers an extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of the intricacies of public review and approval strategies, and site construction methods and processes, from concept through construction.
Brassard is an active member of Preservation Worcester and sits on their board of directors. He has a B.A. in History from University of Massachusetts - Amherst, and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from University of New Hampshire.
