Assistant vice president Kevin Brawley, along with senior vice president Steve Woelfel and executive vice president Doug Jacoby, represented ownership, Lowfield Realty Group, in marketing efforts for the property, stressing its 30-foot clear height, ample parking, convenient 495 access, and other building infrastructure highlights. CPI Radant, who also operates out of Stow and Clinton, Mass., was drawn to 4 Bonazzoli’s location as well as its size and existing infrastructure to accommodate an expanding business operation. As part of the agreement, the landlord will provide upgraded power to the building and perform some cosmetic upgrades.

“Both ownership and tenant saw this as a mutually beneficial opportunity to achieve their desired goals,” said Brawley. “CPI Radant will accommodate its growth in the region while simultaneously realizing efficiencies through consolidation, and Lowfield Realty will secure a quality, long term tenant with aspirations to grow in the market. Both sides worked well together to make the transaction as seamless as possible.”

CPI Radant was represented by Alan Ringuett from The Stubblebine Company.
