Brenner Realtors sells two comm'l. industrial buildings for $550,000

Brenner, Realtors of Fall River and Newport, R.I., has brokered the sale of two commercial/industrial buildings and 2.45 acres of land to ABC Rent-A-Tent of Fall River. The property, located at 785 American Legion Hwy. was purchased for $550,000 from KJJ Realty, Inc. Citizens-Union Bank of Fall River provided financing. Realtor George Brenner, GRI, CRB, indicated that the well known tent rental company will be transferring operations in the near future from its existing Fall River location. In commenting about the relocation, Rent-A-Tent president Donald Rapoza said that the new location will provide the company with greatly increased geographical flexibility and accessibility to service its substantial clientele base in Mass. and R.I.
