Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial, LLC completes 4,728 s/f lease and $305,000 sale in the Highland Industrial Center

Cheshire,CT O,R&L Commercial, LLC completed both a lease and a sale in the Highland Industrial Center.

Unit 6 consisting of 4,728 s/f was leased to Environamics, an interior specialty contracting company that also fabricates and installs Symbio floor to ceiling movable wall systems. Toby Brimberg of O,R&L Commercial represented the tenant. The landlord, Randall Raines, was represented by Brooke Nihan of Giglio Commercial Real Estate.

O,R&L Commercial, LLC also completed the $305,000 sale of Unit 8 consisting of 4,300 s/f. Brimberg represented the buyer, Evan Cohen of Aercon Corp., a manufacturer’s representative serving CT and western MA in the selection and application of commercial and industrial heating, ventilation, humidification, dehumidification and air conditioning systems. The seller, Cavalry Life Family Worship Center was represented by Herb Canady of Perella Realty, LLC.

With offices in Branford and Rocky Hill, O,R&L Commercial, LLC represents landlords and tenants in the office, retail, medical, investment and industrial markets.
