Briner joins JM Coull as assistant project manager

Kristin Briner

Maynard, MA Kristin Briner has joined JM Coull as an assistant project manager.

Briner has a background in property management, as well as experience with submittal approvals, contract creation, change order processing, and budget and insurance matters.

After several years advancing her construction career by working for a large GC specializing in large-scale luxury high rise communities, Briner was ready for a change, and she has found her new home with JM Coull.

“I have always loved working in construction and learning about all the different moving parts in a project,” said Briner.

Kristin is a Massachusetts native who enjoys spending time with her two daughters and three dogs. She also enjoys softball and expressing her creativity through writing.
