Salem, NH Brooks Properties signed a lease with Standex Electronics Group to occupy the entire third floor and part of the second floor of 23 Keewaydin Dr. The brand new class A building, located just off I-93 at exit 2, features high-end finishes and infrastructure. Standex will occupy 16,599 s/f.

As a long-time tenant with Brooks Properties, Standex’s new location will replace their existing corporate headquarters at Brooks Properties’ 11 Keeywadin Dr. building. This expansion is expected to bring new job opportunities to the Southern New Hampshire region.
